With most people staying at home across Europe at the moment, we’ve put together this guide with all the information you need to enjoy the books, video, music and other great free content we’re making available on your phone or other devices.
  1. Enjoy a selection of free Kindle Books for you and your family

    We have worked with publishers to make a selection of eBooks available for customers of Amazon to download at no cost. This includes titles to inform and entertain children, from study guides to stories. For adults, there are eBooks to help with personal development and magazines about sport, interiors and more. For readers of all ages we have classic fiction including Oliver Twist, Treasure Island and The Adventures of Sherlock Holmes. To access the titles, you just need an Amazon account. You can download the eBooks onto a Kindle eReader or the free Kindle app for iOS and Android.

  2. Listen to hundreds of books for free on Audible

    Sometimes it’s just nice to listen to a good story, so we have curated hundreds of audiobook titles by age group for you and your family to listen to for free. From pre-schoolers to adults, there are titles for everyone to enjoy including the Timeless Tales of Beatrix Potter, Harry Potter and The Philosopher’s Stone, Jane Eyre and Pride & Prejudice.   3. Watch family shows free on Prime Video

    A selection of children and family titles are now available free to watch on Prime Video for all Amazon customers, including Amazon Original children shows such as Just Add Magic, Wishenpoof, and Lost in Oz, as well as popular shows including Peppa Pig, Fireman Sam and In The Night Garden.

    To access the free content on Prime Video, you don’t need a Prime membership, just an Amazon account. You can watch Prime Video on compatible smart TVs, Fire TV cube, Fire TV stick, Apple TV, Virgin V6 boxes, TalkTalk, BT, game consoles and mobile devices and tablets.

  4. Enjoy a selection of free family and fitness content on Fire Tablets and Fire TV

    A selection of fun family apps are available for free on Fire Tablets, with a wide variety of educational content for all ages. For children under five, you can pick a show from BBC CBeebies, including Bing: Watch, Play & Learn, IXL – Maths & English, Meet the Numberblocks! and many more. There’s plenty of helpful content to choose from for older children and adults too with spelling help from Let’s Spell, Spanish lessons from Learn Spanish for Beginners, Maths practice with 11+ Maths Practice Papers Lite, as well as access to TED talks.

    For Amazon customers who do not have a Prime membership or subscription to Amazon Music Unlimited, you can still listen to an ad-supported selection of top playlists and thousands of stations for free. Listen on your favourite devices, including Echo devices and via the Amazon Music app on iOS, Android, and Fire TV.
